TJ Kline, MBA, is Chief Operating Officer at Tribal Health. A pivotal player in Tribal Health’s growth from the company’s inception, Kline is currently responsible for leading the company’s national business operations to support its commitment to healthcare excellence and transformation. As a committed advocate for the democratization of healthcare, he aligns his operational work with three pillars of healthcare transformation: improving access to care, improving clinical outcomes, and reducing costs.

In his 10 years of healthcare finance experience, Kline has guided multiple successful healthcare startups into hypergrowth. He began his career with MeMD, before their acquisition by WalMart Health, where he quickly distinguished himself as an emerging finance leader. Kline was also involved in the national expansion of Landmark Recovery, growing a single addiction treatment facility into seven facilities in just two years.

More recently, he has served as a venture capital associate at Xcellerant Ventures, which partners with innovative healthcare technology startups. Kline also owns his own financial services company, Endeavor Financial Services, that provides financial expertise to startups and real estate organizations.

Kline holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Business Administration from Bluffton University and a Master of Business Administration from Arizona State University.
