For Clients
Healthcare that Honors the Community Voice
Tribal Health is your partner in rural and Indigenous health, bringing expertise in practice management, staffing, and consulting to every engagement.
Culturally Centered Healthcare Solutions
Unlike most provider networks, we focus on healthcare innovation for rural and Indigenous communities. We understand the unique challenges of healthcare systems in remote areas, from IHS and VA clinics to rural hospitals to Tribal 638 facilities. Our metric-driven quality improvement programs are designed to address health disparities, while our leadership focuses on keeping patients culturally connected throughout their medical journey.
And because we know facility priorities are always changing, we offer versatile services that can shift with your needs – including practice management, locums staff, direct hire candidates, staff training, consulting support, or service packages customized for your facility.
Empowering Your Community with Quality Care
World-Class Providers
Tribal Health offers qualified staff across all specialties, including emergency medicine, surgery, primary care, family practice, pediatrics, pharmacy, dentistry, advanced practice, nursing, women’s health, and other disciplines.
Our providers have current ACLS, ATLS, BLS, or PALS certifications and active unrestricted licensure from any U.S. state or jurisdiction. Our physicians are Board Certified or Board Eligible through the American Board of Medical Specialties or the American Osteopathic Association and Advanced Practice.
As part of our primary source verification, we also conduct background checks and NPDB queries on our healthcare professionals.
Clinical Oversight
Unlike other staffing agencies, our leaders have extensive healthcare experience. We bring process improvements, national standards of care, and clinical oversight to all facilities. Our performance improvement plans have successfully changed lengthy wait times, low morale, poor service quality, and other areas that negatively impact patient care.
By overseeing quality initiatives and patient care, our Medical Directors, Chief Medical Officer, and Chief Nursing Officer help unlock lasting change.
Versatile Clinical Solutions
We tailor our services to your facility’s needs – providing practice management, permanent placement, training and consulting services, strike teams, locums staffing, and other service models.
Unlike plug and play staffing agencies, we are agile enough to shift in whatever direction best serves your facility, your community, and your patients.
Contract Compliance And Rigorous Screening
Because we specialize in federal and Tribal 638 healthcare facilities and state programs, we understand those complex regulatory requirements – and know how to navigate them.
Focus on Rural & Tribal Health
We know how to solve gaps in rural and Indigenous health, even when resources are slim. Our providers provide culturally respectful care – and we work with your community leaders to incorporate local traditions and practices.
Our goal: to create a feeling of cultural comfort at every step of a patient’s journey.
Community Centered
Representation in medicine matters. We recruit from the communities we serve – and many of our medical assistants are from our local communities.
We also provide complimentary STEM education for any of our service areas to support healthcare, technology, and science careers for local students.
While other provider networks may offer short-term solutions, Tribal Health drives multigenerational change on patient and community levels – a transformation that lasts long after our team departs.
