Clinical Excellence, Culture-Centric Care
Tribal Health’s leaders have decades of experience in healthcare staffing and consulting for Indigenous and Tribal healthcare facilities. Unlike other staffing agencies that typically work with tertiary medical centers, we understand the unique challenges of IHS and Tribal 638 healthcare facilities. We provide onsite medical training, metric-driven quality improvement programs, and advanced medical and behavioral health care that revitalize healthcare.

World-class providers
We provide qualified healthcare professionals in emergency medicine, surgery, primary care, family practice, pediatrics, pharmacy, dentistry, advanced practice, nursing, and many other disciplines. Our providers have current ACLS, ATLS, BLS, or PALS certifications and active unrestricted licensure from any U.S. state or jurisdiction. Our physicians are Board Certified or Eligible through the American Board of Medical Specialties or the American Osteopathic Association and Advanced Practice Providers are boarded through accredited certification programs. Background checks and NPDB queries are conducted on all healthcare professionals as part of our primary source verification.

Clinical oversight
We bring process improvements, national standards of care, and clinical oversight to government-run Native facilities. Our performance improvement plans address lengthy wait times, low morale, turnover, poor service quality, and other areas that negatively impact patient care. Our Medical Directors, Chief Medical Officers, and Chief Nursing Officers oversee quality initiatives and patient care to help achieve lasting, systemic improvements.

All-inclusive rates
We’re able to offer our clients an all-inclusive rate to help streamline the invoicing process, allowing stronger focus to patient care.

Contract compliance and rigorous screening
We specialize in staffing federal and tribal 638 healthcare facilities – and we understand the complex regulatory requirements that govern those arrangements.

Exclusive focus on tribal communities
We understand the gaps in tribal healthcare and the strategies that solve them, even when resources are slim. Our providers receive cultural training to ensure they provide sensitive, informed, and inclusive care.

Community enrichment
We recruit from the communities we serve to increase Indigenous representation in medicine. Nearly 90% of our medical assistants are from the local community.
While other staffing agencies may offer a temporary, short-term solution, Tribal Health drives generational change that lasts long after our team departs.
