Tribal Health helped mentor the next generationthis month! We joined CahokiaPHX SocialTech + ArtSpace on March 2 for a career night for Indigenous high school students. Our job: explaining what our different careers were like, how students could pursue different professional paths, and answering their questions.
Our team members represented nursing, HR, marketing, IT, recruiting, and other areas for students interested in those career pathways. Our HR Vice President Greg Furstner gave a talk on “10 Things I Wish I Knew Before College” for a spellbound audience.
The next day, our DEI Director Melody Lewis spoke at Brophy College Preparatory, delivering a presentation on diversity, inclusivity, and Indigenous issues.
