Specialty: Family Medicine Physician Any Unrestricted State License and DEA Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm Patient Volume: 8-10 All Ages Seen Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS Experience requirements: 2 years preferred Start date: Upon completion of Credentialing As soon as possible Credentialing: 30 days Support staff: RN, MA and CNA for all providers
