- Certifications: DEA, CAQH, BLS, experience with a MAT program
- Weekly schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Patient volume per day: 8-16
- Ages seen: 80% Adult / 20% Peds/Adolescents
- Credentialing: 30-45 Days
- Clinic Staff: 4 physicians, 3NPs, 2RNs, 5MAs
- Behavioral Health Staff: 5 therapists, 1 RN
- EHR – Epic
- Experienced in patient care and prescribing of psychiatric medications.
- Experience with medication-assisted therapy opioid withdrawal is mandatory.
