- Specialty: Family Practice / Primary Care
- Primary location: Sault Ste. Marie with occasional travel to the other sites.
- Licensure: Any state accepted. Michigan required within 6 months of hire.
- Qualifications: Board Certified / Board Eligible Family Medicine
- Certifications required: CPR, DEA, Driver’s License
- Weekly schedule: Monday – Friday 8-5 (exempt status so 45 hours per week is expected)

- Percentage of admin vs clinical duties: 80% admin and 20% clinical. Medical Director will see patients to cover for other providers i.e. sick, vacation, FMLA, staffing shortages
- Average volume: Varies – 12-16 // Medical Director will see patients to cover for other providers i.e. sick, vacation, FMLA, staffing shortages

- Experience: Three years required in specialty as well as Supervisory experience
- COVID Vaccine: Vaccination or Exemption
- Coverage dates needed: Asap for 6 months with conversion to permanent.
