Specialty: Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) – Outpatient Primary Care
Dates: March 1, 2024 – June 30, 2024 with option to extend
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 0800-1700
Volume: 15-20 patients per day
Ages Seen: All Ages Seen – 80-85% Adults
License: Any Unrestricted State License Accepted
Certifications: BLS
Experience: 2 years post completion of training
COVID Vaccine Preferred
Credentialing Timeframe: 4-6 weeks
Staff: 6 full time providers – 3 docs/3 APPs, will be expanding wound care. We have optometry, PT, and dental departments as well.
