Overview
Tribal Health partners with healthcare organizations across the United States to connect talented clinicians with meaningful opportunities in rehabilitation and post-acute care settings. We are currently seeking licensed Physical Therapists (PTs) interested in working with skilled nursing and senior care communities in multiple locations.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with mobility, strength, and functional impairments
- Develop individualized treatment plans to improve patient outcomes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams including OT, SLP, nursing, and physicians
- Document therapy services in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards
- Support patients in regaining independence and improving quality of life
Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of practice
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Experience in skilled nursing, rehab, or post-acute care preferred
- Strong communication and patient care skills
