We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare provider who understands and respects the values of our tribal communities. Together, staff will provide care that meets the needs of the community and offers a meaningful and culturally responsive experience for both patients and their families. 

Specialty: Physical Therapy

Work Setting: Retirement Community

Schedule: 32 hours per week

Facility Type: Senior living community with skilled nursing and rehabilitation services

Patient Population: Geriatric residents needing short-term rehab or long-term care

Clinical Environment: Mix of therapy-driven rehab and long-term care support

 

Requirements:  

Licensure: Active state PT License

Education: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy

Life Support Certifications: BLS
