We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare provider who understands and respects the values of our tribal communities. Together, staff will provide care that meets the needs of the community and offers a meaningful and culturally responsive experience for both patients and their families.
Specialty: Physical Therapy
Work Setting: Outpatient
Schedule: 4x10s or 5x8s
Patient Mix by Age: All ages
Patient Volume: Average 14 per day
Types of Cases: Primarily ortho (some inpatient/swing bed coverage may be needed during fall and winter months)
Specialties and Staff on Site: Physical Therapy Assistants, Occupational Therapist, and collaborates with an integrated care team
Credentialing: 3-4 weeks
Requirements:
Licensure: Unrestricted AZ license or Unrestricted PT Compact License
Required Certifications: Certified Physical Therapist
Life Support Certifications: BLS
Experience Required: 3 years of experience in physical therapy evaluation, diagnosis and treatment
