We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare provider who understands and respects the values of our tribal communities. Together, staff will provide care that meets the needs of the community and offers a meaningful and culturally responsive experience for both patients and their families.
Specialty: Pharmacist
Work Setting: Hospital and Outpatient clinical pharmacy services
Schedule: 4×10 hour shifts
Types of Cases: outpatient medication distribution, refill processing, patient counseling and pharmacy services for the emergency department
Specialties and Staff on Site: 4 Pharmacists per Shift and pharmacy techs.
Shifts: 6:45AM-5:45PM, 7:00AM -6:00PM, 8:30AM -7:30PM, 9:00AM -8:00PM (with a 1 hour lunch)
Credentialing: 5-8 weeks
Requirements:
Licensure: Any State License
Life Support Certifications: BLS
