- Specialty: Interim Chief Pharmacist

- Setting: Outpatient Primary Care and Emergency Department Pharmacy
- Any State License
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS and PALS
- COVID Vaccine Required
- Credentialing: 1-2 weeks
- Support Staff: 2 full time pharmacists daily. 5 Pharmacy Techs
