We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare provider who understands and respects the values of our tribal communities. Together, staff will provide care that meets the needs of the community and offers a meaningful and culturally responsive experience for both patients and their families.
Specialty: Pharmacist
Work Setting: Outpatient clinical pharmacy
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Types of Cases: outpatient medication distribution, refill processing, patient counseling and general pharmacy services, might be asked to provide immunizations
Specialties and Staff on Site: pharmacist, certified pharmacy technician, administrative staff
Credentialing: 3-4 weeks
Requirements:
Licensure: Any State License
Board Certification: Registered Licensed Pharmacist, PharmD preferred, Immunization Certified preferred
Life Support Certifications: BLS
Covid Vaccine: Required
IHS Experience: Required
