- Specialty: Pediatrics / Internal Medicine.
- Qualifications: Board certified in Pediatrics / Internal Medicine.
- Licensure: Any state. WA license will be needed within 6 months of permanent hire.
- Certifications: BLS
- Schedule: M-F 8hrs/day. Option for 10 hour shifts, 4 days per week.
- Admin: 8 hours of administrative time allotted per week.
- Ages seen: 0-18 or all ages if IM/PED.
- Acuity: Walk in primary care, may see more acute urgent care level cases.
- Experience: 3 years
- COVID Vaccine Required: Yes
- Dates needed: Immediate – Primarily perm but open to 6 month locum to perm
- Credentialing timeframe: 30-60 days
- Staff: 1 medical director, 1 FM physician, 3 APCs.
