- Specialty: OB/GYN
- Licensure: ALL Contracted Providers are required to be licensed in the State of South Dakota.
- Certifications: current BLS, ACLS, and PALS are required
- Schedule: 5 days per week (Monday – Friday every week)/ 8 hrs per day (8-430)
- Volume: 10-14 patients per day
- Ages Seen: Adolescent to adult
- Experience: MD OB/GYN
- COVID Vaccine Required Yes
- Dates Needed: ASAP
- Credentialing timeframe: 60 days
- Support Staff: Staffed with 2 to 3 providers per shift (APP’s, CNMW, nursing staff consists of 3 per shift, support staff consists of 3 to 5 per shift. Lab/X-ray/pharmacy in house during open hours (8-430)
