We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare provider who understands and respects the values of our tribal communities. Specialty: Occupational Therapist
Work Setting: Outpatient
Schedule: 4x10s or 5x8s
Ages Seen: All ages
Patient Volume: 6-10
Types of Cases: Arthritis, Autoimmune Conditions, Burns, Fractures, Pain Conditions, Sprains and Strains, Tendon and Nerve Injuries
Specialties and Staff on Site: Physical Therapy Assistants, Physical Therapists, and collaborates with an integrated care team
Credentialing: 3-4 weeks
Requirements:
Licensure: Unrestricted AZ license preferred, willing to accept OT Compact License
Board Certification: National board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
Life Support Certifications: BLS
Experience Required: 2 years of experience
