We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare provider who understands and respects the values of our tribal communities. Specialty: Family Medicine MD / DO
Work Setting: Primary Care
Schedule: 4x10s or 5x8s
Patient Mix by Age: All ages
Patient Volume: 8 – 12 per day
Types of Cases: Standard primary care clinic
Specialties and Staff on Site: 1 MA per Provider, charge nurse on daily
Credentialing: 2-4 weeks
Requirements:
Licensure: Any State License and Active DEA
Required Certifications:
Board Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Life Support Certifications: BLS
Experience Required: Residency Trained. Board Certified / Board Eligible
