Educating patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment plans is a key responsibility. The position requires collaboration with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity and quality of care, while delivering culturally competent care that respects the community's values and practices. Additionally, the role includes performing minor surgical procedures, wound care, and other medical interventions, maintaining accurate medical records, and participating in community health initiatives and outreach programs to promote wellness.
Location: Marysville, Washington
Compensation: $254,000 – $343,000

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 hour days with option for 4 day 10 hour shifts.
Setting: Tulalip Tribes and other Native American communities. The health center serves individuals across all age groups, from infants to the elderly.
Patient Demographics: 0-18 or all ages if IM/PED
Qualifications & Requirements:
· Any state license – *WA license will be needed within 6 months of permanent hire*.
· 3 years
· Primary Care Clinic Covid Vaccine Required
Certifications:
· Current BLS
· Board Certified/Eligible
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive healthcare services to children from infancy through adolescence.
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of childhood illnesses.
- Conduct routine check-ups, immunizations, and developmental screenings.
- Emphasize preventative care and health education for children and their families.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity and quality of care.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
- Participate in community health initiatives and outreach programs to promote child wellness.
- Deliver culturally competent care that respects and integrates the community's values and practices.
Support Staff: 1 medical director, 1 FM physician, 3 APCs.
