Specialty: ICU RN
State license requirement: Valid current unrestricted nursing license from the state of Arizona or another compact licensing state.
Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
Experience requirements: 3 Years of Experience in Specialty
COVID vaccine required: Yes
Weekly schedule: 12 hour shifts. Option for 7 on, 7 off or rotating 36/48 weekly.
Floating: Required when no ICU patients, will need to float and cover regular med-tele patients, swing, obs and possibly palliative.
Number of beds: 4 beds
Nurse to patient ratio: 1:1
Clearance timeframe: Approximately 2 weeks
