- Specialty: Hospital Pharmacist
- Licensure: Any state accepted
- Certifications required: BLS. Immunization certification preferred.
- Experience required: Ideally some ambulatory care hospital experience.
- Clinical settings: Mainly Outpatient duties
- COVID Vaccine Required: No
- Coverage dates needed: ASAP for 3 months or longer
- Weekly schedule: Mon-Fri, 9-6pm. Weekends are an option if provider prefers.
- On-call required: No
- Support staff: Pharmacy technicians and we have other pharmacists who are accessible.
- Software used: RPMS
- Credentialing timeframe: 1.5 to 2 months.
