Specialty: Hematologist Oncologist
State licensure: Any State License
Certifications required: BC or BE in both Hematology & Oncology
Experience required: New graduate fellows are welcome
COVID Vaccine Required: Yes
Weekly schedule: 4x10s
Patient Volume: 8-12 per day per provider
On-call required: For own patients, no formal call schedule.
Types of cases: Large volume of GI – stomach, biliary and colorectal cancers both in and outpatient.
Support staff: Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, NP, Care Management, MA’s
Credentialing timeframe: 6-8 weeks
