We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare provider who understands and respects the values of our tribal communities. Together, staff will provide care that meets the needs of the community and offers a meaningful and culturally responsive experience for both patients and their families.
Specialty: Family Medicine
Work Setting: Clinic
Schedule: 0800 – 1700, M-F, 60-minute unpaid lunch
Patient demographic: Adults, Geriatrics
Specialties and Staff on Site: Pediatrics, Pharmacy, Dentistry, RN, LPN, MSA
Patient Volume: 10-15 patients per day. Approximately 3 of these could be geriatric patients
Types of Cases: Diagnosis and general treatment of common illnesses, management of chronic diseases (diabetes, asthma, heart disease, etc.), medication management, etc.
Credentialing: 3-4 weeks
Requirements:
· Licensure: Any State License, Active DEA
· Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS
