- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

- Setting: Walk-in Primary Care Clinic
- Covid Vaccine Required
- Qualifications: Board Certified/Eligible Family Medicine
- Licensure: Any state license – WA license will be needed within 6 months of permanent hire.
- Certifications: BLS
- Admin: 8 hours of administrative time allotted per week.
- Experience: 3 years. OB/ prenatal experience preferred.
- Dates needed: Immediate – Primarily perm but open to 6 month locum to perm
- Credentialing timeframe: 30-60 days
- Staff: 1 Medical Director, 1 Family Medicine Physician and 3 APCs.
