We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare provider who understands and respects the values of our tribal communities. Together, staff will provide care that meets the needs of the community and offers a meaningful and culturally responsive experience for both patients and their families.
Specialty: Family Medicine
Work Setting: Primary Care Clinic
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 hours per day
Ages Seen: newborn to elderly
Patient Volume: 8 -12 per day
Types of Cases: Primary care and Walk in urgent care.
Specialties & Staff onsite: Primary care, pediatrics, women's health, behavioral health.1 Pediatrician, 6 Family Medicine providers, 6 CMAs (medical assistants), 2 nurses, 2 case managers (RNs), 1 social worker
Credentialing: 4-5 weeks.
Requirements:
Licensure: Any State License, or Any State License and Active DEA
Required Certifications:
Board Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Life Support Certifications: BLS
