We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare provider who understands and respects the values of our tribal communities. Specialty: Family Medicine
Work Setting: Primary Care – Outpatient Clinic
Schedule: Monday-Friday (0800-1700); 1 month coverage (6/16/25 – 7/13/25)
Patient Mix by Age: All ages seen
Patient Volume: 10-14
Specialties and Staff on Site: 3 FNPs, LPN
Credentialing: 2-3 Weeks
Requirements:
· Licensure: OK State License, BNDD and active DEA
· Board Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
· Life Support Certifications: BLS, ACLS
