Twelve Clans Unity Hospital is seeking a Primary Care Physician to provide quality care to their patients
- Specialty: Family Medicine
- Setting: Outpatient Primary Care Clinic
- Schedule: 0800-1630 Monday-Friday or 0900-1800 4 days a week
- Volume: 10-12 patients per day
- Patients: 75% Adults, 25% Peds
- Any state license.
- They do have PEDs provider on staff currently
- Credentialing: 3-4 Weeks
- Staff: 1 Pediatrician, 1 Physician, 5 NPs and 1 RN per provider
