Job Summary: Provide patient care services. Perform examinations, diagnose, treat, and help prevent diseases and injuries that commonly occur amongst patients. May refer patients to specialists when needed for further diagnosis or treatment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct physical examinations, assess symptoms, and diagnose and treat health conditions for tribal and community members in a culturally sensitive manner.
- Maintain and update patient records, including histories, test results, and consultations with patients and other medical professionals.
- Order, interpret, and analyze medical diagnostic tests to determine patient conditions.
- Perform minor procedures, such as treating lacerations and skin conditions, and provide care during pregnancy and childbirth.
- Prescribe treatments, medications, and vaccinations, collaborating with healthcare teams as needed.
- Explain procedures, test results, and treatments to patients and families, referring to specialists when necessary.
- Develop and coordinate treatment plans across multidisciplinary teams, following patient-centered care principles.
- Monitor patient progress, reevaluate treatments, and provide health education on prevention and wellness.
- Lead, train, and coordinate healthcare staff, including students and residents.
- Assist in designing health programs, prepare reports, ensure compliance with protocols, and maintain proper medical documentation.
- Conduct research to advance medical knowledge and improve care delivery.
Compensation:
- Salary: $250,000 – $300,000
- Sign-On Bonus: Up to $30,000 (DOE)
- Relocation: $10,000 – $15,000 (variable)
- Retention Incentive: Eligible after 1 year

Patient Demographics: All Ages (8-12 Patients per day)
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Completion of Doctor of Medicine Residency program with clinical rotation including Primary Care/Family Practice.
- Doctor of Allopathic, Internal or Osteopathic Medicine or equivalent from accrediting body recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
- Foreign Doctor of Medicine Degree equivalency as accepted by the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates.
- Current, active, full, and unrestricted license as a Physician from any state or the District of Columbia.
- Current DEA License
- Current BLS or ACLS certification.
Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible)
