Job Summary:
As a CRNA, you will work with eight physicians and more than 30 CRNAs performing OR anesthetics; peripheral nerve blocks, bronchoscopies, endoscopies, lumbar epidurals, and arterial access. This includes OB and Pediatric cases over 4 years of age. 8, 10 or 12-hour shifts are available. Our CRNAs are independent practitioners.
Location: Anchorage, AK
Compensation:
· Salary: $340,000 (extra shift $1,900)
· Sign–On Bonus: $30,000
· Relocation: $10,000
· CME: $3,000
· On call: $400 on call shift
· Call back: $216/hr call back for 2 hour min
· Overtime: $216/hr

Qualifications & Requirements
· CRNA Certification
· Valid Nursing License
· Experience with diverse anesthesia procedures
· Strong independent decision-making skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced surgical environment
· Adaptability to handle various surgical specialties
· Cultural sensitivity when working with diverse population
Responsibilities:
- Perform OR anesthetics
- Administer peripheral nerve blocks
- Conduct bronchoscopies and endoscopies
- Perform lumbar epidurals and arterial access
- Handle OB and Pediatric cases (over 4 years of age)
- Work independently as a practitioner
- Collaborate with a team of eight physicians and more than 30 CRNAs
Support Staff:
The CRNA will work alongside eight physicians and more than 30 other CRNAs in a supportive team environment.
