Known for her visionary approach to workforce strategy, she has successfully launched industry-first clinical education and simulation models that transform care teams are trained and deployed.

 Carol was named as one of SIA’s Global Power 150 Women in Staffing and one of the Phoenix Titan 100. She earned her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science from Arizona State University.
