We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare provider who understands and respects the values of our tribal communities. Work Setting: Clinic Setting
Schedule: M – F, 8 am to 4:30 pm
Ages Seen: All Ages
Patient Volume: 15-18 per day
Types of Cases: Pediatrics, Adults, Geriatrics. Chronic care (diabetes, hypertension), Preventive Care, Women’s Health, Acute visits
Specialties and Staff on Site: OB/GYN (PT), Podiatrist (PT), Optometry (FT), Orthodontia (Contract), Massage (FT), Nutritionist (FT), Behavioral Health (FT)
Credentialing: 20-30
Requirements:
Licensure: Any State License and Active DEA
Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS
Board Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
