Position Overview
- Job Title: Primary Care Director
- Location: Kenai, AK, USA

- Reports to: Director of Health Systems
Key Responsibilities
- Operational leadership for Primary Care and ancillary medical team
- Ensure quality assurance and performance improvement activities
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize health outcomes
- High-level problem-solving and communication with leadership
- Active schedule management within Primary Care
- Participate in strategic planning and performance improvement initiatives
- Facilitate training and learning activities for direct reports and staff
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration (Master's preferred)
- 5 years' experience overseeing healthcare facility operations
- 3 years' documented health leadership experience
- Experience in multiple medical provider settings
- Demonstrated change management experience
- Basic Life Support certification
- Valid Alaska driver's license

Working Conditions
