Todd Rethemeier

Chief Financial Officer

Todd Rethemeier is a finance executive with deep expertise in financial planning, modeling, and treasury management, recently serving as Chief Financial Officer at DYPER and serving before as CFO at Aesthetics BioMedical Inc., a Phoenix-based medical device and skincare company. He earned his MBA in Finance and Business Strategy from Cornell’s Johnson Graduate School of Management, laying the foundation for a career spanning financial services, banking, and technology.

Before moving into corporate finance leadership, Todd built an extensive career as an equity research analyst, holding Managing Director and Founder-level analyst positions, as well as Vice President, Equity Research Analyst at J.P. Morgan. He also held senior positions at Banc of America Securities, Hudson Square Research, and SurTerre Research, giving him a multidimensional perspective on both Wall Street analysis and corporate finance.

Today Todd applies his cross-disciplinary background – spanning equity research and executive financial leadership – to supporting Tribal Health’s mission of expanding access to quality, culturally integrated care for underserved communities.
