Driving the organization’s rapid expansion from the ground up, Morgan has exponentially grown the company’s national presence and diversified service lines across the full continuum of care – creating high-performing programs in rural Alaska, the Great Plains, desert communities in the Southwest, and other regions. Today she leads strategy, operations, and federal contracting with analytical rigor and intuition, aligning situational care disparities with bold solutions to amplify health equity and access.

An inspiring leader consistently recognized for her leadership and impact, Morgan has been named a Pacific Southwest Entrepreneur of the Year finalist, Ernst & Young LLP, a Rising Star by Modern Healthcare, a Top 50 Women in Healthcare by Women We Admire, and 40 Under 40 by Phoenix Business Journal and Staffing Industry Analysts.

Morgan is the founder of Zoodle Genetics, a foundation funding targeted research, early-diagnosis education and community support for affected families. She earned an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) from Arizona State University and a BA in communications from Southern Utah University.
