About Us
The Tribal Health Mission
To positively impact generational change by providing an exceptional healthcare experience to every patient we serve.
We Are The Leader In Healthcare Practice Management And Staffing
Tribal Health connects underserved communities to medical expertise and advanced healthcare models. Our goal: to ensure all patients experience cultural connection and compassionate care during their medical journey.
Launched in 2015 to address the healthcare disparities on Indigenous lands, Tribal Health began as an emergency medicine and practice management company, with Tribal Pro Staffing handling locum tenens staffing. Our success in supporting IHS, Tribal, and 638 facilities quickly expanded our national presence – and earned us recognition as a Best Place to Work, the DHHS Sub Prime Contractor of the Year, Small Business of the Year, as well as awards from Modern Healthcare, SIA, and Women in Healthcare.
Today we are the leading provider network and practice management resource in Indigenous and rural healthcare.
Tribal Health is led by Native clinicians, Board-certified physicians, and healthcare staffing leaders. We don’t just work in Native and rural communities – many of our team members come from them as well.
Guided by Values, Driven by Purpose
At Tribal Health, our core values shape everything we do—from patient care to leadership decisions. We are committed to providing high-quality, culturally respectful healthcare solutions that strengthen Tribal communities.
