Native American professionals are critically underrepresented in STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) fields. Native American physicians make up just 0.4% of the workforce.

At Tribal Health, we believe that Native students must have the opportunity to pursue careers in STEM, and we’re committed to providing the resources they need to succeed. That’s why we offer our service communities free STEM education programs designed to help Native youth enter key sectors like healthcare, climate change resilience,  and technology.

Our goal is simple: to prepare Native students for successful STEM careers—and give them tools to shape the future of their communities.

How Our STEM Program Works
