- Specialty: Family Medicine Physician
- Licensure: Any State License
- Qualifications: Residency trained; BC/BE
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8a – 5p
- Average volume per day: 8-10 patients (every 30 minutes or hour appointments)
- Ages seen: All ages
- Experience: Urgent Care experience preferred.
- COVID Vaccine Required: Yes
- Coverage dates needed:
- August 19th – 30, M-F 8am – 5pm
- September 9th – October 11th, M-F 8am – 5pm
- October 21st – 25th (will extend this period for a two-week rotation if preferred)
- November 18th – 27th, M-F 8am – 5pm
- December entire month with critical dates of 16th – January 3rd, M-F 8am – 5pm
- Clinic locations: Ancillary services are available. (PT, Audiology, Optometry, Pharmacy). Rotating outpatient providers may (only if needed) be requested to visit one or two village clinic visits for 3-5 days at a time.
- Credentialing timeframe: 30 – 45 days+
- Support staff: Nursing staff and additional physicians.
- Housing onsite: Provided by facility.
