- Specialty: Family Medicine Physician

- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8a – 5p
- Average volume per day: 8-10 patients (every 30 minutes or hour appointments)
- Ages seen: All ages
- Experience: Urgent Care or ED experience required
- COVID Vaccine Required: Yes
- Coverage dates needed:
- August 5th – 16th, M-F 8am – 5pm (Orientation 8/1 and 8/2)
- September 3rd – 13th, M-F 8am – 5pm (Orientation 8/29 and 8/30)
- September 23 – Oct. 4th, M-F 8am – 5pm (Orientation 9/19 and 9/20)
- November 4th – 15th, M-F 8am – 5pm
- December entire month with critical dates of 16th – January 3rd, M-F 8am – 5pm
- Clinic locations: Ancillary services are available. (PT, Audiology, Optometry, Pharmacy). Rotating outpatient providers may (only if needed) be requested to visit one or two village clinic visits for 3-5 days at a time.
- Credentialing timeframe: 30 – 45 days+
- Support staff: Nursing staff and additional physicians.
- Housing onsite: Provided by facility.
