Chief Operations Officer

Jed Rudd serves as Chief Operations Officer for Tribal Health, a staffing and leadership company for tribal healthcare facilities. With more than a decade of healthcare operations experience, Jed brings expertise in advanced approaches to healthcare execution, operational excellence, and leadership performance.

Jed oversees day-to-day operations and all non-clinical aspects of the organization. He ensures the functionality of all business initiatives and guides the organization through ongoing optimization and sustainable growth activities, leveraging his skills in contract negotiations, provider recruitment, employee relations, change management, risk assessment, compliance and more.

Jed began his healthcare career as a practicing Occupational Therapist, but quickly recognized a need for excellence in the sphere of healthcare leadership. This recognition resulted in a pursuit of developing the skills, tools, and mindset required to be the change he wanted to see in the world. A dedicated healthcare executive, Jed’s passion led him to earn advanced certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute (PMI), a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB), and the completion of Lean Leader Workshop Training through Virginia Mason.

Jed holds a master’s degree in business, a clinical master’s degree in occupational therapy and a bachelor’s degree in theater and business.
