Client Job Description
- Specialty: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 0800-1730
- Ages: Primarily adult but youth seen in acute crisis situations
- Volume: 1-4 per Day
- Duties: The integrated care therapist serves as an immediate support to the PCP’s as well as acute provider for walk ins
- Position will also carry a short-term caseload doing solution focused therapy.
- Any State License
- Certification: LCSW or LPC
- BLS
- Experience requirements: 5 years with Crisis Experience
- COVID Vaccine Required
- Credentialing: 30 Days
