- Needs to be proficient in cricothyrotomy, neuromuscular blockages, percutaneous transtracheal ventilation, topical anesthesia, regional nerve blocks, conscious sedation and chest tube insertions.
- Although this is an urgent care, they do receive a lot of patients with severe MVA injuries, gunshot wounds, stab wounds, precipitous deliveries, acute MI, strokes, etc.
