- Specialty: Hospital Pharmacist
- Schedule: 7 on 7 off.
- Call required: Call from 730p – 7a. Rotating 3 & 4 call shifts every other week. 7 call shifts total per 4 weeks.
- Setting: Outpatient, Emergency Department and Clinical Pharmacy
- Any State License
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS and PALS
- Experience: Must have hospital pharmacy experience. At least 1 year preferred.
- COVID Vaccine Required
- Credentialing: 2-3 Weeks requirements
- Support Staff: 5 Pharmacy Techs
- Inpatient experience required
