- Weekly schedule:
- Monday – Friday, 0800-1630, with 1/2 hour lunch
- Patient volume:
- 5 to 12 patients per day
- Ages seen:
- All ages
- Credentialing requirements:
- 30 days
- Clearance timeframe:
- 30 – 45 days

- 1 optometrist and 1 optometry technician
