- Volume: 12-16 Patients a Day

- Certifications: BLS, DEA
- Seeking candidate to provide women's healthcare (female preferred)
- COVID-19 – Not Required, but Encouraged
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm, 1-hour lunch
- Coverage dates: 3-6 Months with Option to Extend
- Credentialing: 2-3 Weeks
