We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare provider who understands and respects the values of our tribal communities. Together, staff will provide care that meets the needs of the community and offers a meaningful and culturally responsive experience for both patients and their families.

 

Specialty: Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)

Work Setting: Outpatient Health Clinic

Schedule: 8am – 4:30pm, 30-minute lunch and 1 (15) minute breakFacility Hours

Monday – Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm (Daily)

Wednesday Patient care begins 10am to 4:30pm

1st Wednesday of the Month 12:30pm to 4:30pm

Closed on Weekends and federal holidays

Patient Mix by Age: All ages

Patient Volume: 8-10 patients per day

Types of Cases: Outpatient Family Medicine

Specialties and Staff on Site: Pharmacy, Dental, Behavioral Health, Optometry, Laboratory, Radiology, Women's Health

Credentialing: 4-6 weeks

Requirements:

·      Licensure: Any State License, Free Practice state license preferred, Active DEA

·      Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS

·      Board Certification: Family Nurse Practitioner Certified
