- Specialty: Family Nurse Practitioner
- Any state license as long as in good standing, DEA unrestricted
- Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm
- Patient Volume per day: between 8-10
- Ages seen: All ages
- Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS
- Experience requirements: 2 years preferred with knowledge of history, culture, and health needs of Native American communities
- COVID vaccine: not required but required to fill out forms
- Anticipated Start date: As soon as possible
- Credentialing requirements and timeframe: Facility forms / 30+ days
- Support staff: 3-4 support staff for all providers (RN, MA, & CNA)
- Housing: housing options nearby or within 20-30 minutes' drive
- Preference for experience with IHS or Native American communities
