- Specialty: RN Supervisor
- License Accepted: Valid current unrestricted nursing license from the State of Arizona or another compact licensing state.
- Certifications required: Valid American Heart Association certification in ACLS and BLS. Certifications in PALS and NRP are required within 90 days of hire.
- Experience requirements: Ideally 2 Years of Experience in Specialty
- COVID vaccine required: Yes
- Weekly schedule: 8a-5p – Monday through Friday. 40 hours weekly
- Clearance timeframe: 2-3 week timeline for credentialing/clearance
- Support staff: Manages a team of OB RNs. The facility includes a medical telemetry Unit, Outpatient, and Emergency Room/Urgent Care.
