- Licensure: AZ or compact state
- Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and IV certification/Moderate Sedation
- Weekly schedule: Rotating 36 / 48 hour weeks
- Day shift, mid shift, or night shift needed: MID-SHIFT HOURS 3 TO 3, BUT FLEXIBLE TO WORK OTHER SHIFTS, IF SCHEDULED.

- Experience required: 3 years of ER experience needed

- Dates needed: 13 weeks
- # of ED beds: 11 bed ED, 6 bed fast track, 7 bed ED observation
